I am trying to create mailing lists in our Main Zoho CRM system which can then be imported as complete mailing lists to our Zoho Campaigns account ready for an email campaign.
According to your user guide I should be able to click on the contacts tab of our main Zoho CRM system and be able to 'add mailing list' however we cannot locate this option anywhere on the contacts tab. Can someone please let me know where I can find this and how I go about adding contacts to these lists.
