I created "new fields" under lead module as note1, note2, note3 with corresponding date1, etc. When I converted some leads to contacts, my new fields were not imported from leads. 

Question - Must I create the same fields under contacts in order to see notes & dates.  Will the notes follow to contacts once I've created those same fields under contacts? 

Question - How do I get note information to appear in my contacts?
