Using a free account to test Zoho Report for further use I'm trying to create a second user and let that users use a database I have created.

Under subscription I add a user and I'm only asked to provide an email address. I then share the database with that user.

However the user can not login as he does not have a user name and when he tries to use forgot password he get a message that the email account does not exists.

What are the correct and complete way to create a user? could not find information in the help documentation.
