Following the myriad abhorrent side effects of the changes you recently made to the inventory system for Zoho CRM which have massively damaged our ability to operate as a business, there continue to be issues even after affecting a work around. The most painful of these is:

When entering a new Sales Order record, once we have picked a Client, the Contact field no longer limits the options by the chosen client...it just shows everyone. Now, had this always been then case then that's all well and good, but to make an 'improvement' that creates so many backward steps is hugely frustrating. I am sure there is an easy solution for relinking this, and I'd love to know what that is. But what would have been better was if you'd just left it alone in the first place! This one annoyance is a drop in the ocean, it seems.

Why, for example, do the Sales Order and Purchase Order functions now insist on including all data stored in Product Description field under that Product Name on every document? We have stored key information in this field that we don't necessarily want shared with our clients!

Basically the changes you've made to the inventory system have evidently caused wide-ranging undesirable consequences that you perhaps never considered. Maybe your designers need to revisit their Change Management ITIL training?

We're now investigating other solutions and will more than likely cancel our subs for Zoho; not just because of this debacle - but more importantly because you've demonstrated that your Change Management can't be trusted.
