We currently do not use the potentials field of Zoho, but would like to engage it as sort of an account forecast function. I want the sales team to project what equipment they are going to sell to each account, and then see what they actually sold against that projection. We need this to work at the product level.
I.e. for every account we want to say we hope to ship 5 model A, 9 model b and 3 model C for this year. As the sales come in, I want them to be able to see what is sold, vs what is projected. Similar to a burn report or actual vs planned.
Is there anyway to do this?
