I can find no way to import a list of projects into zoho People. Is this correct?

Also, we have dozens of projects we'd like to manage in People. Each one of those projects has the same 37 jobs under it. Is there a way to "save" this list of 37 jobs so that we can add them all to each Project without having to manually enter each job?

This feature is in zoho Projects where you can save a Task List as a Task List Template, but I can find no way to have that import into zoho People. 

We would also like to add all 42 employees to each project without having to manually add each employee individually. Is this possible? I thought it was through assigning Departments, but have been unable to find the right switch.
