Is it possible to create a purchase order through integromat which includes the product description field?

I have two options when creating line items in the Purchase Order, i can either set the value for specific fields (second screenshot), or i can map the values to fields (third screenshot) - i am assuming i am going to need to use the mapping option, so i am just looking for some guidance on how to make this work?
