Creating Quotes for Contacts Without Account


I've been informed that the Account information is transferred when creating a Quote. 50% of our leads do not have a company name (B2C). When they are converted, no account is created. Therefor, when creating a quote, the address information in missing.

This has lead me to do the unthinkable having sales people create fake company names so when they convert them, they can create a quote with the address information.

I really don't want to take it to the next level and have the web2lead put false company information just to temporarily bypass this dilemma.
