Creating segments for the accounts and contact module in Zoho Campaigns

Hi Zoho Community,

I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I was able to create a segment in Zoho Campaigns to pull data from my Zoho CRM lead module based "on entering a segment" workflow trigger and following criteria:

• Lead Status
• Added Time

Its working as designed based on the system requirements and is pulling data into that segment and enrolling the dataset into the designated workflow.

Although, when trying to produce the same steps for my active accounts in my accounts module in Zoho CRM. It is not working.

I want to produce the same data sync using the segment filters that I am for lead in Zoho CRMs account module that I am for my accounts in Zoho CRMs account or contact module. Essentially for following criteria:

• Account Status
• Added Time

Does someone have any idea on a resolve for this? Is there a particular set up in the settings > customization > custom fields option that I need to produce and format?
