Creating seperate databases + othet enhancement ideas
Will be giving you lots of feedback. I have a ton of previous experience in sales automation and CRM even though I am now exclusviely doing copywriting and marketing work related stuff.
I find working with leads could be improved...don't know if it is my lack of full understanding of your system or need for a btter way to handle leads. I need an easy quick way to segreage leads into groups. I find views difficieul. How do I do a search on loeads improted to find a samp-le record with the crieteria I want to fulter on so that I can bring up a view of only the leads I want. One sample criteria would be date imported.
Another thought is that when leads are imported I can automatically assign a code instead of going to tab le maintence and first inputting the code...VBetter would be on the fly code assignment to the right tab le as leads are improted.
One major problem with your system in my opinion is that you can page through selected records one dtata record at atime as opposed tonly a list view. When I or anyone does telemarketing the record view instead of list view is extremely important.
