Which method should I use?

1. -> Controlpanel -> Org Settings -> DomainKeys

Generate DNS TXT record ". _domainkey. " or  " _domainkey "  - with or without the "dots"?

Enter the " TXT Record Value "

2. Or should I use the method as described here  https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/domains/SPF-Record.html

enter DNS TXT record with the value " v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all "

I cannot enter the "@" sign withmy provider

I've tried both with no luck... Any suggestions ?
