Creating tasks from Outlook email
Is there a way to create / assign Zoho CRM tasks within Outlook email? I see that there are different Outlook add-in/integrations but I can't seem to figure what the difference is between them. What has others used to do this?
We currently use another application to easily create tasks from emails. We can forward an email from Outlook and it automatically creates and assigns the task to whomever we specify in the To field. It retains all the email details within the task description...trying to see what does Zoho have that can compare to this desired behavior??
Appreciate all your methods you've done or can suggest to accomplish this, plus curious to see what people have thought of the Outlook integrations (pros/cons)
