Creating tasks in Zoho CRM email - why don't they show up in CRM Activities ?

Creating tasks in Zoho CRM email - why don't they show up in CRM Activities ?

When I am reading my POP emails in my Zoho session i have the option at the bottom of the email to create a new task.
How do I make that task show up in my Activities on my dashboard?
