Creating tasks without an owner

It'd be very useful to have the additional two options available for task ownership, when creating a new task:

1: The option to set a 'default owner' for all tasks.  Especially useful for small business where all/the majority of tasks are for one person

2: The option to set the 'owner' as a required field when creating a task.  This saves there being unassigned tasks.

Currently, it's too easy to create a task that doesn't have an owner, and it's those tasks that can easily get lost, so a way to force there to be an owner using one or both of the above options would be very useful.
