Hello everyone!

I am working in a recruitment company and I use Zoho CRM free before doing it on the one of the company.

No one in my company really knows how to use the CRM, as most of them use Recruit.

What I would like to do on the CRM, is to create a teamplate. I'd like to know if it's possible that what I wrote on the lead's information page, can be transformed into a template.

The template should contain for example: name of the job, name of customer, place of work, person in charge, schedule, tasks, salary...

Is it possible in your opinion with CRM?

And I also wanted to know if we can control calls?

For example, how many calls for one signed contract... is this possible to do for Zoho CRM?
