Creating Tickets from CRM
We have some custom modules in CRM that our users use to track internal projects. We'd like them to be able to create a help desk ticket to get support from IT. I've added the custom module to the Desk integration, but there is no option to create a ticket. The contact for the ticket would be one of our users.
Is there any way to make this work? Do I need to be auto-generating Contacts in CRM for each user?
