We are huge fans of Zoho CRM and in particular BluePrints which for companies within the Financial sector are superb for ensuring process is well defined and integrated into CRM transactions.

The challenge we have is that we have no way of quickly generating training materials for users that would like visuals that guide them through an entire process.

We of course do have the option to screen print the process and then use a tool such as Powerpoint to create detailed schematics etc but this becomes very time consuming when we take full advantage of the need for blueprints to be adaptable (i.e. changes are in continuous scrutiny and development).

It woudl be a great enhancement to be able to see the necessary tables inside Analytics so that we coudl create our own outputs and/or be able to export into other tolls that can document the process for users to follow on paper!!
