Many of our clients are a single entity but with multiple Branch locations (e.g., Phoenix Branch; Scottsdale Branch; Sedona Branch; Tucson Branch; etc.). Zoho - at least how we are doing it - is a pain to work with because we either have to type in the unique address for every new Contact or clone an existing (with all the necessary edits). Making separate companies - each with it's on address - is not an option because we lose all of the benefit of having all Contacts under one entity.
Our previous CRM allowed for a single entity and a picklist of "Branch Locations" that we would select from and that would populate all of the address fields for that location. VERY HANDY!
Has anyone come up with a create solution to this? I am new to Deluge so if that is an option, please let me know.
