Creator 5 - Error Reports and Many Bug, unfinished product

Have you guys never heard of Beta stages? There are so many things lacking in the new creator and it is so buggy it is unbelievable. Don't get me wrong, I am really looking forward to the final product but trust me guys, you're not there yet. Trust me, If I was just starting a trial of your product I would have walked away by now to try something else.

Here some of what I have noticed so far:

First, Support Live Chat is not working at all, I presumed you've just turned it off as there must be many people complaining.

Download as Mobile app is not working for me as a Zoho One user, not sure if this is intentional or not as the Zoho One pages say nothing and If I click to upgrade my package then it just takes me to a page where I can add more Zoho One users. If it's not included, that's it, I'm out.

Workflows - The workflow to create workflows has become slower, too many menus to get where I want to be. A quick ling to the deluge editor would be great.

Workflow - Books integration - You've only added the ability to add contact information to Books, no invoices, payments etc. You guys haven't even got this connected with your own other apps yet, but you are releasing it as a ready product.

Address/Maps - I live in Thailand, addresses are not well documented here, If I could enter Lat/Long to an address and input the real address - everything would be fine, but it just doesn't work. I can enter the exact location onto the map of course, but it tells me I live in a neighbourhood 10 kms away, so completely useless at the moment. I can't import address information from another source without the ability to manually enter lat/longitude so again, pointless.

I tried adding a new sub-form, and created a blank form - it didn't register as being a new form and now for some reason I can't remove the sub form from the parent form, I get the error that the details are in another list in a report but I have removed it from all forms, so it's a bug.

Editing report form - like what you are trying to do but as of now, it still doesn't work properly

Sub-form (again), I have seen complaints about horizontal sub-forms for years, still you haven't fixed this issue.

Roadmap - forgive me if I'm wrong, I can see an announcement heralding the new creator but no information on it's current limitations or indeed when the product is likely to be stable enough to use, and will have the full planned features that you talk on the website as if it is already capable of.

I will thank you for one thing though, you have fixed the buggy date/time input field when viewed on mobile. This had been a problem for years so at least that is a step in the right direction. I will say this though, the time entry field is a bit too small and hard to notice, lets face it customers can be stupid at times and I worry they will miss that part.
