I really don't understand why it doesn't seem possible to integrate Zoho's SalesIQ chatbot into one of it's own products ? I can get creator apps to share data and use analytics to build my reporting - but do I really have to build external api or embed my creator site somewhere when SalesIQ and Creator both heavily use deluge ?

Am I missing something ?
