Whilst the Report capability within Creator appears quite basic, it can still be very powerful. A simple 'Stacked Bar Chart' can provide my user with a simple yet powerful interface to easily review the data they need access to without having to review long reports.

However, I am still unclear as to the mechanics within Zoho that executes the 'regeneration' of report data.

I display some of my reports, via a HTML view with a 10 minute refresh, and sometimes the  data displayed is not always up to date.

There are many posts over 3 years about 'report generation' not working properly, and the fact that a manual option to 'Regenerate Data' still exists would indicate that the reports are not truly 'real time' which is expected now from any 'cloud based' solution.

Can you explain the process by which data within FORMS is updated to the report views, and on what frequency this runs and if there is any progress on implementing a deluge script function that would allow you to :
