Creator Scheduling is BROKEN

So I am coming to the forums with this because our emails and calls with support don't seem to be making a difference anymore.
We have at least 400 applications, months ago I created a script to export records via email and then delete old records. I then inserted this into every application and created a schedule to trigger it on the 1st of each month. This took ages to set up and embed into each application.
After setting it all up I then found that not a single schedule even attempted to trigger, no logs, no error messages nothing. I then contacted support regarding the issue, I believe after a number of weeks I was eventually advised there is an issue on Zoho's backend that the developers need to correct.
Again after a number of weeks we were eventually told the problem was "fixed" majority of our apps started to run the schedule. However since then, any newly created apps DO NOT run.
All the new apps seem to have this same original issue, there is now over 100 apps that do not trigger the schedule and I find myself having to go through every single app 1 at a time to check if the schedule ran, I have had to compile lists and enable support access to each app upon supports request. Basically wasting several hours on a monthly basis for nothing because there has been no updates or fixes. I provide access only to be told "yes there is a problem" I know there is a problem because I'm the one who reported it.
Recently it seems that support has not been responding to me I dont know if this is because Zoho is incapable of repairing its platform?. This issue has been going on for months and I am wanting to know if anyone can fix this? It is not a problem on our side, the schedule set up and function itself are perfectly fine.
