Creator Sharing Problems: "You are not allowed to access this application."

Hi Zoho Support/Community,

I am new to Zoho and testing out the FREE version of Creator which should allow up to 3 users.

(a) User 1: This is my account. Under User & Permission, it was automatically assigned Manager (Role) and Administrator (Profile) when I created this account. These can't be changed.

(b) User 2: Sent invite to this person via the "Share" feature under Application Settings. Assigned same Manager (Role) and Administrator (Profile) as User 1. As a FREE user, I have a warning " Warning!  All your profiles are inactive. Kindly  Upgrade to Enterprise Edition  to use this feature. " I understand that the Profile settings are only available to paid users but your sign up page states that I can add up to 3 users. At this stage, I am unable to even add 1.

(c) User 2 receives the invitation via email and signs up to Soho successfully. They log in with their own username and password successfully and taken to the Shared Apps screen. Double clicking the shared application, it provides the following error message.
You have logged in as <name@companyemail.com.au>. You are not allowed to access this application.
Please click here to login as a different user.
Click here to go to your Home Page.
User 2 is using their own company email address (name@theirowncompanydomain.com.au) and not a Zoho, Google, GoogleApps or Yahoo email address. It should be fine as I too am using my own domain email address.

(d) I have found 4 similar posts referring to issues relating to this however they are unclear or only appear to relate to paying Enterprise versions of Creator.

(e) Understanding that "All profiles are inactive" with the FREE version, I played around with the "Roles" settings and "Advanced Sharing Settings" but still does not work. My understanding is that I can share this application with up to 3 users on the FREE account.

QUESTIONS
1) Can you advise whether my FREE Zoho Creator account should allow up to 3 users to access the Creator Database?
2) If your answer is YES to question 1, can you advise what I need to do to allow User 2 to gain access to my Database and Reports.

Looking forward to your guidance.

Regards,

Mike
