Creator: show records that have one (non-unique) field repeated

Creator: show records that have one (non-unique) field repeated

Hi - is there a way to output a View, that we can then do bulk edits on, which shows only records that are repeating multiple pieces of data?

For example, if I have a recipe database and I want to see all records where any ingredient is used in more than one recipe.  so this is not filtering for one ingredient, but rather to see all records where any ingredient is used multiple times.
