Creator to Teams Flow

Creator to Teams Flow

I am working on integrating a Creator app with Teams.  When the conditions are met on record update in "Meetings" I would like to send a message to a group chat in Teams to notify them that a translator is needed.  Everything seems to be working on the Creator side as I can view the output of the record I edit in the task history. The status is indicating "filtered", and I can't seem to fin what that means.  I am using the Post message to chat action in the builder, is this the correct approach?
