We are considering Zoho One. Currently using Dynamics 365. I have been tasked to evaluate Zoho CRM from the Lead Stage through to the Order Stage. We have about 500 Accounts throughout the world and 2000 Contacts belonging to the Accounts. In Accounts we've established a pick list of a variety of standardized "Payment Terms". So that the Payment Terms for that specific Account are established at the Account level when the Account is established in Zoho CRM. We are looking for a way to have the Payment Terms for that Account transfer AUTOMATICALLY to the Quote when we prepare the Quote for the Account/Contact. It is necessary for us to avoid quoting mistakes by Account and I have not found a way to do this. Is it possible with Zoho CRM? Thanks.
