CRM adding Google Calendar Events for my team

Hello all,

I'm wondering what the best way is to port Google Calendar events to my team members when I fill out a "Time/Date" field in the Leads module.

My use case scenario:
We have Agents who are assigned to meet with a lead at their desired location, after an Inside Sales Associate has discussed a Time/Date. I need the Inside Sales Associate to be able to select this drop down menu, and have it copy this event over to the respective Agent's Google Calendar.

Please advise.
