I've never been able to get the stages of leads or deals to show up in the proper order on the analytics dashboard in CRM.
How is the order defined? Is there a way to change this because it doesn't really make any sense.
Here is my information:
In the Leads Module, the Lead Status is defined as the following which is the order I would like them to be in.
However, when I create a Open Leads chart in analytics (within CRM), they are out of order:
I've also noticed that the same thing occurs in Deals making the funnel chart out of order:
