Both tools have their sweet spot - but I'm interested to learn a bit more about use cases that use both.
Is there anyone out here that uses both CRM and Connect in their business in a somewhat connected manner? For instance, I have been for much more collaboration on deals - something that CRM doesn't really offers. I could use Connect - but now I am setting myself up for disconnected communication on two different platfiorms.
Does anyone have a use case that combines the need for both for customer or project related communication?
