I have been a heavy Salesforce.com user in the past and used a third-party plugin called LinkPoint360 for outlook that integrated with Salesforce.com. ZOHO has some similar features as LinkPoint; however one of the features that is extremely useful is the ability to highlight the contacts business card info and then drag it to either create a lead, contact or account and contact.

This is a huge time saver and I am sure there are other benefits that LinkPoint might offer; however this one would be at the top of the list.
