We recently downloaded the ZOHO CRM app on iphone and ipad. We are having trouble with some of the features on the apps. We added a new view under the potentials tab on the web. The view will not show up on our apps that we have downloaded even though we have connected our accounts. We have tried connecting to wifi and to 3G networks, and have clicked the sync button, restarted the app, and logged out and logged back in. It will not update it. We are trying to create a view that allows us to filter out any closed potentials. 
Also on the app we are having problems when we convert our leads. It successfully creates a new contact and account but it leaves the converted lead under all open leads rather than moving completely to converted leads. This is a problem because we want to be able to organize our leads and want to know if they are actually open leads. You can see how this creates a problem. 
Lastly, and you have probably already addressed this some, in the few hours that I have spent testing this app I have had problems with crashes at least five times.
