CRM - Astuce #6 : Organiser ses remarques



Bonjour à tous,

Aujourd'hui nous allons voir comment organisez vos remarques dans votre CRM Zoho selon vos préférences.

Les remarques font partie intégrante des informations contacts et jouent un rôle essentiel dans votre utilisation de Zoho CRM. Vous pouvez suivre l'état de vos enregistrements individuels en utilisant les remarques. Un coup d'œil rapide sur ces remarques, et toute personne qui veut collaborer et travailler sur le contact avec vous ou après vous, peut facilement connaître le statut.

Cependant, chaque personne peut préférer les lire différemment. Si certains préfèrent voir les remarques les plus récentes à la fin, afin de lire la liste des activités dans l'ordre où elles ont eu lieu, d'autres préfèrent voir les remarques les plus récentes en premier, afin de pouvoir choisir de sauter les notes initiales et de se référer aux plus récentes en haut.
