CRM - Astuce #7 : Création de tâches de workflow



Bonjour à tous,

Les tâches de workflow font partie des actions associées à une règle de workflow.
Une tâche est une activité qui est attribuée à un utilisateur. Lorsque vous associez une tâche de workflow à une règle de workflow, elle est automatiquement attribuée à l'utilisateur lorsque la règle est déclenchée pour les enregistrements qui répondent à ses critères.

Voici comment créer une tâche dans un workflow :

  • Allez dans Configuration > Automatisation > Actions > Tâches.
  • Cliquez sur Créer une tâche.
  • Dans la page Nouvelle tâche, procédez comme suit :
    • Sélectionnez le module dans la liste déroulante.
    • Saisissez un sujet pour la tâche.

    • Insérez des champs de fusion (#) pour créer des sujets de tâche dynamiques.
    • Indiquez la date d'échéance de la tâche.
    • Sélectionnez l'état de la tâche dans la liste déroulante.
    • Sélectionnez la Priorité de la tâche dans la liste déroulante
    • Sélectionnez l'utilisateur dans la liste de recherche pour attribuer la tâche.


    • Cochez la case Notification au cessionnaire pour informer le propriétaire de la tâche par e-mail.
    • Cochez la case Rappel au cessionnaire pour envoyer un rappel au propriétaire de la tâche.
    • Alerte par e-mail - Un e-mail de rappel sera envoyé au propriétaire de la tâche à l'heure spécifiée.
    • Alerte par fenêtre contextuelle - Un pop-up de rappel sera envoyé au propriétaire de la tâche au moment spécifié.
    • Saisissez la description de la tâche.
  • Cliquez sur Enregistrer : une nouvelle tâche de workflow est créée, qui peut être associée à des règles de workflow.

NOTES : 
  • Les tâches de workflow ne peuvent pas être créées pour les enregistrements qui ne prennent pas en charge les tâches dans Zoho CRM
  • Les tâches de workflow ne peuvent pas être associées à une règle si le critère d'exécution est "Supprimer".
  • Si le champ assigné à n'est pas spécifié, le système l'assignera automatiquement au propriétaire de l'enregistrement.
  • Si vous sélectionnez une tâche de workflow lors de l'importation d'enregistrements (comptes, contacts), l'option notifier le cessionnaire (bien que sélectionnée pour la tâche de workflow particulière) ne sera pas applicable.
  • Si le propriétaire de la tâche est inactif ou non confirmé, la tâche sera automatiquement attribuée au propriétaire de l'enregistrement auquel la tâche est ajoutée. Si le propriétaire de l'enregistrement est également un utilisateur inactif ou non confirmé, la tâche sera attribuée au super administrateur.

We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it). I also can't assign inventory tracking to items used in past transactions, which I don't understand, this is an important feature moving forward..
