I have two issues going on in my CRM.
1st... somehow a user is being automatically created that is me....my name, my email and it causes alerts to come in each time that email address receives an email....which is often.
2nd and maybe related and maybe not.
Today I added about 10 new leads. Uploaded from CRM card reader app. I have an email template that I updated and sent to the group. EXCEPT it came to me. Both the to and from fields are my email address. the changes I had made to the template are saved in the template but the emails themselves have the original version.
