CRM Calendar Features

I'm relatively new to Zoho CRM and am still trying to understand the depth of its features. There are two things I would like to do. Please bear with me as I have some specific details I would like answered.

Synchronize the CRM Calendar with my Outlook calendar. Does the Outlook plug-in work with the CRM calendar? From what I can tell the CRM calendar and the Zoho calendar are distinctly separate. I prefer to use only the CRM calendar and not the Zoho calendar so I don't have to manage two calendars, and also the CRM calendar will allow me to integrate my calendar appointments with my customer history.
Is there a way yet to share my CRM calendar with others? I don't necessarily need to give someone else the ability to edit my calendar, but I would at least like to provide someone with what times I am available. I would like to have the option to show some people the details of my appointments as well as to have all my appointments just show as busy time to others. Would these people I share my calendar with need to be setup as part of my Zoho Business Organization or would it be possible to just send them a link that they could use to view my calendar?
