CRM Calendar Times Not same for all users

CRM Calendar Times Not same for all users

We are having an issue with the CRM calendar.  It shows the same event at different times for different people.

For example: I can input for 12pm to 1pm.  It will show as 4pm to 5pm for someone else.

I have checked and we are on the same time zone.

Please help.
