CRM Calender/Events Allow you to Double Book - Any way around this?

Hello,

I have a CSR working in Zoho.  When she sets an appointment for me she is able to double book me without an error message or something that shows her what she's doing.  Is there any way to get around this?  Right now she can only book from the Calender screen because she can see if I am busy or not that day.   I wish this wasn't a manual process.  That takes more time and process wise its best for her to book from the Lead Detail screen IF it notifies her that she's double booking me.
