Every time we go to launch a campaign, we have to create and run and select contacts from a query.
Seems that we should be able to:
1. create and save a contact query for each campaign, and
2. have it run automatically on some schedule, or launch it manually as needed.
3. have the option to completely replace the contacts that exist in the campaign.
Is anyone facing the same challenges with CRM campaigns?
