CRM cannot be used because of SalesInbox

Hy,

We have Zoho's Enterprise with 8 users, additional storage, and premium support

We have been deeply disappointed with SalesInbox. Despite trying to use it, it still does not work properly. It does not perform the tasks that every MailClient does - retrive emails. The user interface is confusing and the features are lacking, like viewing mails in asc/desc order by date.
The primary issue with SalesInbox is its unreliable email retrieval and synchronization. Emails are often delayed by 30-60 minutes or more, making it difficult to keep track of important communications. Despite numerous attempts by premium support to resolve the issue, it still persists and has not been solved to this day.

Another major problem with SalesInbox is its flawed search function. The search by email address often fails to retrieve all relevant messages, even though they can be found through manual scrolling or through other email clients like Outlook. This makes it time-consuming and frustrating to find important information.

The email classification system in SalesInbox is also chaotic and unreliable. Mails are categorized into four columns - Deals, Contacts, NOT IN CRM, and Colleagues - but they do not always accurately reflect the sender's association with the customer or the classification made by the user. Despite repeated efforts to categorize messages by domain or email address, the system remains a mess.

Lastly, the premium support from Zoho has been extremely unsatisfactory. While they respond quickly to emails, their solutions have been ineffective and have failed to resolve the persistent problems with SalesInbox. The online meetings and data collection process are repetitive and unproductive, as they often request information that has already been provided. It feels like the support team is not actively trying to resolve the issues, but rather going through the motions to show that they are doing something.

We would not recommend Zoho SalesInbox to anyone. Despite paying for the enterprise plan and premium support, the system has been a complete waste of time and money. The unreliable email retrieval, flawed search function, chaotic email classification system, and ineffective premium support have all combined to make it a deeply frustrating experience.
