CRM Cases Module: Adding a custom Related List to show books invoices

All other modules in the system have the ability to add custom related lists however it’s not possible within the cases module. 

Does Zoho plan on giving the cases module some love and implement this?

I know I can re-create a custom module to act as a cases module but this would involve me rewriting lots of custom functions which I’d rather not do if I don’t have to!

Im basically trying to pull in related books invoices
