CRM Cases Module: Doing mail merges from within Cases
All other modules in the system have the ability to do mail merges however it’s not possible within the cases module.
Does Zoho plan on implementing this anytime within the next year?
I know I can re-create a custom module to act as a cases module but this would involve me rewriting lots of custom functions which I’d rather not do if I don’t have to!
unfortunately the cases module has lots of limitations compared to other modules in the CRM
