Hello!

I would like to:

A) Export contacts found in the CRM module

B) as CSV,

C) clean-up the fields (add info to empty fields, correct info in wrong fields) 

D) delete outdated contacts

E) import the cleaned data back into Zoho CRM

Questions:

1.  Is there a "best practices" description anywhere?

2. Is it best to Export from Zoho CRM Contacts or the (stand-alone) Contacts module?  How does the content of these two modules differ, if any?

3. Because there is a unique Contact ID for each contact, will it mess-up the structure if I delete a contact row on the CSV?   (I can always identify a contact as ToBeDeleted and then delete those after importing them back to Zoho Contacts)

4. How do I avoid duplications when Importing the contacts back?  Do I delete the contacts in Zoho CRM before importing the cleaned-up list? (probably not)
