There is a lack of a general search box.

It would be a lot easier to go to a general search box. You search a city or a last name or whatever in he same box and just get results. Having to navigate down through the filter fields to find the right filter, select it, then type in my search is just exhausting. I find it easier to sort the contact names alphabetically and just scroll for it. I can see the value in the field specific search boxes, however it being the only way to search is frustrating.

You'd think the text box at the top is a general search, but it only searches the unique fields, which is a fairly useless function and only adds another step.

Please add a CRM contacts general search.
