CRM Contacts vs Contacts
Hey, this might be a stupit question but I was wondereing if I still need Zoho Contacts (I'm using Zoho Business) when I decide to use the CRM (which also has contacts of course).
One thing I noticed is that when I add a contact to the CRM - it is not suggested (from cache) when typing in the first letters of the name in Zoho Mail whereas this is the case when I have it as a contact in Zoho Contacts.
Do you see what I mean?
