CRM contextual gadget for Google apps not working :(

CRM contextual gadget for Google apps not working :(

I installed the gadget and it shows up in the emails but when I click on the GO button instead of working like it does in the instructions/video it simply opens up a new web browser window and logs me into my account.  I thought it was supposed to do a lot more than just be a link to my account.

How do I set this gadget up right so it works properly?

Please help.
