I can not get Zoho to help with this problem for over a week now.
THE PROBLEM
At 2:30 P.M. eastern standard time (U.S) everyday for the last week, all my employees tell me they are locked out of Zoho. When I log into the control panel under user access 95% of the users have all access unchecked. I have to recheck all access for the users. This has gone on for over a week.
Also some of the users that are older and were deactivated get reactivated also. This is a HUGE problem. This is taking way too long to take care of. PLEASE, this is a disruption to our company.
