CRM copy and paste email issue

1. I brought up a print preview of a potential

2. I selected all and copied all the data in the window to the clipboard

3. I created a new email via send mail within the potential

4. I pasted the clipboard into the window - it looked great - exactly like the screen

5. I sent the email = it gave several html errors and then sent a blank email


Anyone have a clue as to why this happened?
