So i have been using Zoho one Subscription for a while, and recently the business split into two. The new company will do majority of the work that was done prior and have a new name, domain etc. So i am planning on downgrading the existing zoho one account and purchasing a new subscription for the new business. 

However most of our CRM, Creator apps were built on the old user account and i want them all moved to the new account. If i backup the CRM from the old account and import the backup into the new account, Will the custom modules, custom webforms and workflows be exported too? or will it just be the records in the modules be backed up? 

The old account uses a domain ABC.com and the new account will use a domain XYZ.com.

I would still like to use the email account like me@ABC.com and will also have a new email address under the new account called me@XYZ.com

if i downgrade the old account to a free account, can is still use just the me@ABC.com email address? I appreciate any help.
