What are the possibilities of anyone from ZOHO Support Team solve our problem? We've ordered 3 times  CRM databackup but it's impossible to have ir delivered in our mailbox.

My company has Office 365 with Exchange Online and we've already checked the AntiSpam and filter configuration. We're not receiving the e-mail and we need it URGENT!

I've talked to Vidya from Zoho Support Team but she did not solve our problem. I asked for her to send it for another e-mail (like gmail) or send us a link to download the file but she said it's not possible.

I asked to her to send the e-mail again and inform date and time of sending and did not have any response.

COULD SOMEONE DO ANYTHING FOR US?
