CRM Data eliminated after using sheet view

Hi,
After changes of potentials through Zoho sheet view I was very proud of how quickly I change potentials names, but back again in CRM, one whole column (campaigns associated to each potential) was empty. Again, I went to ZS view where instead of campaign name (Telemarketing+pismo_200806) was a large number (something like 29000005591998225) in just one cell. I copied that number in each cell that I knew should be a campaign name, hoping this will show in CRM correspondent campaign but nothing happened. Now I'm thinking if I'm going to use ZS view another time. Please, any clues on this problem? Experiences? Tips?
